Seems that i havent had the chance of writing here for quite a while,been rather and intensely busy with assignments,football,tests and of course my upcoming finals!Well i shall be writing about my most recent nick which is "why do girls write like computers while guys write like doctors"First and foremost before you start critisizing about the damn title in the first place, let me just say that im generalizing and its based on MY point of view so zip before you let those smelly breath of yours come and kill me!It is widely known that majority of the girls do write like computers, neat,tidy,amazingly in order and lets just say...legible.Compared to us guys,we practically have our future predicted by having our handwritings look like doctors.Not saying that we are going to be doctors anyways unless you really want to check out SARS patients,those who are going to die of horrible pain and so on, you have certainly done your homework. For females who wish to be doctors,umm try practising more on the scribbling alright :p..Anyways i look around the guys i know and they seem to be writing either as illegible as mine or even worse!If you wanna know why mine looks like i'll show you what the teachers have said about me and sad to say its all true.Dr Chitra: "Michael your handwriting looks like ants walking on paper!"Ms Pereira:"Are you trying to make me blind?"Mr Gills:"Now you know why i only give you an L1 and not your supposedly L5?"Mr Chng:"Eh how i know its an a,looks like a d to me"Mrs Ong:"Michael i cant even differentiate your 4 and 9"Mrs Er:"Michael your mind must be beffudled!"Dr Jacobs:"Umm can you tell me what you wrote over there?"Dr Hamilton:"Thank goodness the next assignment will be written in the computer"As you can see from the comments, that my handwriting how can i say this...is rather magical and interesting and i think that my signature is actually more readable than my own handwriting!Ok i bet guys often that theyre handwriting is just too crappy and they wont get good grades unless it is written neater. Well to tell you the truth,ive not seen any girls get that comment before. As a matter of fact!Teachers like girls work better cause theyre all so nicely organized for the teachers to read,smile and just hug the paper to sleep or something....But when they see the guys paper,man do they use it to wipe their asses even though what we have is already shit. Now i know why Mr Lim hasnt given back our essays since sec 1,i think he just uses it to heat up his fireplace like he tells us so.Now since ive been in a boys school for the past 10 years,i have not experienced first hand the frustrations from the teachers for girls works but i do know that they sure write neater than us XY species. One thing for sure though is that lefties tend to write neater than us righties. Now before you guys start opening your mouths again wait till i explain why i think that way. Half of the council in sec 4 last year was lefties including the TIC himself. Comparing to the notes we take during meetings,the guys who are left handed wrote so much clearer than the guys who are right handed including me. Plus i know of friends who are dominant of both hands,good example is Mark Koh who can write with both hands and still look better than mine damn it! Lol!Cant blame him for being gifted to be able to write with both hands anyways. Before i get too long, i shall reason my thinkings on why girls write better than guys. As we all know, we relate guys to pigs and thats why we tend to be lazier.Maybe because our hands are fat too thats why we write like crap. But dont forget its because of us having bigger hands thats why we tend to write crappier. I mean look at the difference between an average girls hand and an everage guys, we're probably at least 3 cm longer on each fingers. Not forgetting that all pens are made at an equal size which makes the girls have a better grip on them. So girls have smaller hands which needs less muscles to move,their fingers nicely grip onto the pen and well they just write nicer!Unfortunately for us guys, we have big fat fingers, we have a weird way of carrying our pens to write on the paper and we are just too damn lazy to move it!Seems that the girls have like some computer chip programmed inside them to write like microsoft word or something. Different fonts,sizes and colours too!Maybe girls just have that creative touch that we guys dont have but hmm i doubt thats true as well. Sad to say that gays are more creative too which makes it 2 to 1...But hey!Gays have the same features as guys too.In conclusion,we say that XX species have the upper advantage of writing nicely than the XY species. But that doesnt mean the XXY or the XYY write as neat too!But not forgetting,handwriting cannot be used to describe a persons personality,looks and such cause that is total nonsense though i still believe in good first impressions. Well i just ripped this off my essay and its not really amazingly well written at all but yea how are people usually remembered.... How are People Usually Remembered?
A topic that usually entices people is how people are usually remembered. How do people actually get this privilege and be remembered for who they are? Most of those who do get remembered are usually famous people like actors, heroes, and sportsmen. Then again, what about those people who are just a small time character in this entire world. There are people who are remembered by people in their hearts simply for the little things they do. I know of these kinds of people, those that are just average Joes but yet remembered in the community. The reasons why these people are remembered is because of what they have done before, what makes them different, and what they compare to other famous people.
First, people are usually remembered for what they have done. People might think that just by doing something special and extraordinary they get remembered. These happen when it comes to the Guinness Book of records. Record breaking wannabes do try out the impossible just to get themselves inside the book. It might seem that it’s a really crazy idea to try and beat records that are set by people who have amazing talents. However, you will be surprised by the amount of people who actually succeed these impossible tasks to set a new record. Then it makes you think again, is it really worth the effort? Imagine being gifted in something special that no one has and given the chance to be remembered for it. Do you think that you don’t mind losing this opportunity and continue being anonymous to the public eye and only special to your family and peers? An increasing number of people prefer to be remembered for what they have and what they do than to just remain anonymous and there is nothing wrong about that. Therefore, people do want to get remembered for what they do and the gifts they might have.
Second, there are certain types of people that are different from others. These are the people who have an exorbitant personality and are always liked by the people. In a community, there usually are people who are either the star or the black sheep. The stars are the one that makes much of the difference in other people’s lives, be it helping them in the simplest way to make that persons day. These kinds of people are often welcomed and blessed with the showers of smile and laughter. However, we cannot forget about those black sheep. As rude as it may sound, the black sheep are always the ones who ruin things, but it is because of their immaturity that they too are remembered. A person usually remembers the bad things that occur to them first before rekindling on the better ones. As unfortunate as it sounds, the black sheep is usually the one that can be recalled first before remembering those outstanding ones. Therefore, the difference in people makes them remembered either for their kindness or their foolishness.
Third, a common question is how people are compared to their more famous counterparts. After all, there are billions of people in earth, how can these individuals compare to those who are stars in Hollywood and yet be remembered as well. Other than being different and what they have done, these individuals are also remembered for just being themselves. A book cannot be judged by its cover and so are people. People are also not what they wear but who they are. People often misjudge others by thinking of the wrong things and assuming things which might not be true. Being original really brings out the character in people; they do not have to act to be remembered. What actually makes people different and accepted is because they are just being themselves. There are people in the other dimension which is similar to you, but not in this world. There can only be one you and no one else can copy who you are. People remember others for what they are and not because they are good at something or pleasing to the eye. Originality is the key component of a person to be easily remembered. Not even actors in Hollywood can compare to that since they themselves are performers of life. Therefore, people are remembered for who they are and not because of their popularity vote.
In conclusion, people are remembered because of what they do, they are different from others and what they are to other famous people. People are remembered by different people for different things. Most of the time, it is the impact on other people that makes these individual so honored to be remembered. Then again, who are those people that we know who we always remember? Not at all an A grade work and yet more thoughts can still be poured into it just that i cant think properly right now but im sure this isnt what i wanted to write at all but then again just a thought to spare.....~Mike"Are we remembered for who we are?"

I guess there is one thing in my wish list that will never be crossed out..and that is being the Senior Pat. Today was speech day and prize giving which i obviously did not attend not because of anger and jealousy towards David who beat me to it cause of academical reasons...but I have to Congratulate him for getting it anyways.But what comes to my mind before all this was simply...Why i didnt win it.I have contributed 4 years of my youth and time for the school which i love and will not forget.I am one of those teens who is supposed to be one of the last due to my PSLE score and which i proved the school wrong because ive established myself as one of the top few percentiles in school.I managed to get at least some position in every CCA i join and most of them either as president or lowest EXCO.More recognizable than any prefect in school other than Dickson(Head Prefect).And the lists of me me me goes on.But there is no more point rantling on and just complaining about me not getting it.In fact i think David rightly deserves it.Ever since i got the news that i wasnt senior pat i was actually devastated.Trust me ive been aiming to get my name on the hall and get to touch that big ass trophy since i first step to st pats.Every single year i participate in speech day,marching and finally sitting in the hall and see those honoured few who were able to get that prize really tickled my senses.But I dont think it matters much anymore. What is done is done and cannot be undone. I was satisfied with my results for my O's though i should have done much better. However most importantly, is the memories and sweat i have poured out for the school.Yes people might remember you for having your name up in the hall and it will be there for the next 50 years or so.But if you think about it,does fame really matter?Do people only remember you for that name up in the hall or for what you have done for the school. I know of many individuals in the school who have done more greater things than David,giving their all for the school.But how will the other teachers or students remember them?I think they will remember the person as one who gives everything without looknig back and thinking of regrets.People are remembered for the little things they do and not just because of their posts or name.I can still remember who taught me how to do things myself and be a better leader,that person in Mr Chang.The list goes on for those people i have to thank and unfortunately i wont list them down but you should know who you are.I think i shall stop here and think more about this topic of how people will be remembered,so till then...Signing off :p~Mike"Remember the time you and I first met each other?"
